Timber was super helpful and extremely patient with me. She helped me search for the perfect pair of boots. Not only are the boots beautiful, they are comfortable. Timber heard what I was looking for and help me find it. She listened me. Thank you for excellent customer service.

went here today with my mom and the staff was amazing. as soon as we walked in we were greeted by cole with a smile who then striked up a conversation and as we were checking out everyone was being super nice and we left very happy. first thing my mom said when walking out was “well that was a fun experience”

Didn’t buy anything but the store was clean and the employees were eager to help. The layout of the store is nice and the designs were comfy/homey.

Who would not love this store? They have a great selectionI'd shoes and western wear. I bought a pair of causal shoes there perhaps 6 years ago or more and they are holding up very well, although I'll admit I wear tennies most the time. When I bought my shoes I also bought all the stuff the salesperson recommended to maintain them. Somehow over time they have been misplaced, probably lost in my cluttered garage. I shared this with one of the sales personal and was told I could bring them in and they would recondition them- no charge. How nice is that? (haven't take them in yet, but plan to do so soon). [Edit: update] Today I went and picked up my shoes and could not be more pleased. They look like new. The gal who helped me is Suzzane (sp?) Will be saving up my $$ to shop there again in the future. Pros: Great service Fabulous selection of boots and apparel Cons: Short staffed Limited inventory (you may find what you like but have to order it online)

I don't have a lot of western clothing, but the Daddy Daugther Dance was a Rodeo Theme, and I wanted to look nice for my girls. The woman who were working the day I walked in helped me out immensely. They were patient, polite, and very helpful. It was a wonderful shopping experience.

In Fig Garden Village this shop is well put together and compliant to the COVID restrictions. Very clean and friendly environment. I can respect this as a business owner the dedication it takes.

Great selection of Ariat clothes and lots and lots of boots. The employees were really helpful and kind. My wife found an outfit and some booties while I was there looking.

Some employees are very helpful, they have a large selection, pricing seems fair. Update, 2-1-26 Beck helped me size some new boots, the last ones were a little rough, she was very friendly and talkative with myself my wife and my daughter. She had given me advice on how to pick boots and what to expect great info and wonderful customer service.

Incredible customer service, extremely attentive, and skilled hat shapers! Christina and her team do and excellent job meeting the needs of customers. From boot fittings and hat shaping (Jalen) the team is great at listening to the wants and needs of customers then finding alternatives when the fit isn’t quite right. I only wish the store was bigger! This is the best western store in the area in customer service and quality! They have created a life long customer!
